College Park Baseball is proud to announce that we will be running a winter arm-care program this January in preparation for the 2020 baseball season. We will also be running a speed & agility sessions in December and January.
- Arm-care strengthening sessions will be held Tuesday and Thursday’s January 7, 9, 14, 16, 21, and 23 from 3:45pm-4:30pm. They will cover a comprehensive throwing program including long-toss. This program will set the table for players looking to be prepared for the 2020 season. Coaches Brian Vieira, Nate Sutton and Mike Rodriguez will all be involved in this arm-care training helping players improve arm strength, accuracy, health and durability.
- Baseball speed and agility training will be catered to improving quickness, endurance and athleticism. These sessions will be on Tuesdays and Thursday 4:30pm-5:15pm December 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, 19 and January 7, 9, 14, 16, 21, and 23. This year Coach Ben Martin (SDSU BS Kinesiology) will be leading the way, along with coaches Nate Sutton and Mike Rodriguez for our athletes as we prepare athletes not just for the upcoming season but also help them improve upon their agility and strength for baseball.
Cost for the arm-care strengthening program is $180. Cost for the speed and agility training is $360. Payment may be made via paypal to email@example.com or check to College Park Baseball.
