High School Winter Tune-Up Games

(open to current high school baseball players ages 14–18 preparing for tryouts)

Tryouts are right around the corner, so stop practicing alone and get guaranteed live reps. We’re officially opening registration for our annual High School Winter Tune-Up, built to get your arm, bat, and defense game-ready with competitive, game-speed action in a pro-level setting.

Get guaranteed live reps over 4 Sundays in Jan/Feb, including live pitcher vs. hitter situations and intrasquad games at Bellarmine College Preparatory, so you show up to tryouts ready for real baseball speed. The competitive edge is simple: players will see live pitching and get comfortable tracking real arms while sharpening their timing (no machine-only reps). They’ll also train game-speed defense, fielding and reacting in real game flow so the pace doesn’t feel foreign at tryouts. And for pitchers, the pitcher-only option delivers real value by guaranteeing quality innings against competitive high school hitters, helping you build confidence and readiness on the mound.

• Sessions: 4 Sundays

  • Session 1: January 4th
  • Session 2: January 11th
  • Session 3: January 25th
  • Session 4: February 1st

• Times:

  • 1) First Hour: Focused Skill Work

    • High-rep defense (ground balls + fly balls)

    • Focused cage hitting

  • 2) Following Hours: Live Intrasquad Games

    • Live pitchers & hitters (and/or 2-ball count situations)

    • Real-game reads, timing, and defensive reps in game flow
