Gabe Guerrero
15u Head Coach
Gabe has been a member of the College Park coaching staff for the past 4 years, working his way up from an assistant to a current head coach.

15u Head Coach
Gabe played 4 years at Willow Glen High School and earned the closer role as a senior in 2019. Gabe went on to play at West Valley College and is currently on the West Valley coaching staff. He has been a member of the College Park coaching staff for the past 4 years, working his way up from an assistant to a current head coach for the 15u team. His goals as a coach are to develop and prepare his players physically and mentally for the next level and to give them an advantage in the competitive world of high school and college baseball.

Terrence Buchanan
16u and 18u Assistant Coach
Terrence was taken in the 2008 MLB draft, but chose to play at the college level. He is currently an assistant varsity coach at Willow Glen.

16u and 18u Assistant Coach
Terrence Buchanan played his high school baseball at Mt. Carmel High School in San Diego, where he was a 3 year starter. Terrence was taken in the 2008 MLB draft, but chose to play at the college level. He spent 2 years at Palomar Community College where he was 1st team all-league and broke the school record for stolen bases. In 2011 Terrence moved on to play at Oklahoma Baptist University where he again set a single season stolen base record and helped the team reach the NAIA World Series Finals in 2011. In 2013 Terrence finished his college career at Cal State San Marcos, setting school records for stolen bases and on base percentage. In 2016 Terrence began his coaching career as the varsity head coach of El Camino High School in Oceanside. He is currently an assistant varsity coach at Willow Glen High school.

Conner Hatfield
18u Head Coach
Conner played 4 years of baseball at Bellarmine College Prep (2007-2010), and earned all WCAL honors. Conner began coaching for College Park in 2018.

Conner played 4 years of baseball at Bellarmine College Prep (2007-2010), and was a 2 year varsity letterman. In 2010 he earned all WCAL honors as a shortstop. Conner began coaching for College Park in 2018. His specialties include infield and hitting. In addition to helping players elevate their own field skills, Conner has a passion for helping players develop, grow, and mature their understanding for the mental part of the game.

Scott Canha
12u Head Coach
Scott has coached with CPK for 4 years and enjoys teaching young athletes the skills to be a great teammate in all aspects of life.

Scott is the younger brother of professional baseball player Mark Canha. Scott has been coaching baseball for the past 6 years 2 with Shandon high school as the varsity head coach and the past 4 have been with college park. He enjoys dedicating his time towards the development of young athletes, teaching them the skills to be a great teammate in all aspects of life. Scott is the head coach for 12u.

Joe Gerber
13u and 14u Head Coach
Joe is the head coach for both 13u and 14u. Joe was an All-American at Fresno State and also played 2 years of pro ball in the Frontier League.

Joe began his baseball career at Lemoore High School as a 4 year varsity starter, with a batting average over .600 his senior year. Joe received a scholarship to play at Fresno State where he went on to become an All-American (1998,1999). Joe received his Master’s Degree in Psychology from Fresno St and all played 2 years of pro ball in the Frontier League. Currently, Joe is the head coach for both 13u and 14u College Park teams and is an assistant Varsity coach at Bellarmine. He has been with College Park since 2020 and has 20+ years of travel baseball experience.

Nate Sutton
Roving Instructor/ President
Nate played at all levels and is currently Bellarmine’s head coach. He has also coached youth travel baseball for 10+ years.

Nate was a 2x team captain, 2x all-WCAL, AAU all-American, 3x WCAL champion, and 1999 CCS champion as a student athlete at Bellarmine. Nate then moved on to UC Santa Barbara(2001-2004) where he was a team captain, Santa Barbara County’s Athlete of the year, all Big West, a member of the all decade team, and drafted by the Los Angeles Angels (24th rd 2004). Some of Nate's highlights over his 7 years (2004-2010) in the Angels organization include- 2008 Angels minor league defensive player of the year, 2009 Double A all-star, and 3 time major league camp invitee. Nate has been coaching at Bellarmine since 2013 where he is currently the Head of Program. Nate has coached youth travel baseball for 10+ years.

Brian was a member of the 1998 USC national championship team. He is currently the head coach at Willow Glen High School.

Brian played high school baseball at Bellarmine (class of 1994) before playing collegiately at USC (1995-99). He was a member of the 1998 USC national championship team. Brian began coaching in 2008 as a varsity assistant at Bellarmine College Prep where he was the pitching coach until 2018. Brian was named head coach at Willow Glen High School in 2019 and is in his 5th year with the Rams. In addition to coaching at the high school level, Brian has coached youth travel teams for the past 10 years.
